About the event

200 unread Emails? Kiddos? A commute on HWY 98?

We know life is stressful. And we know how important it is to keep your stress under control so you can keep being the best version of you! We've totally never ranted out loud to the squirrels on our boardwalk about how stressed we are. Never ever.

Join one of our amazing volunteers, Dr. Richard, for a free stress relief class from someone who has served our country and traveled the world helping people conquer their stress.

No admission is required but donations to help the Refuge are highly appreciated! PLEASE REGISTER FOR FREE SINCE WE DO HAVE TO CAP THIS EVENT!!!!!
