About the event

Are you ready to get your heart pumping at the 4th annual Dune Dash? Join us on Saturday, April 5th at the Pensacola Gulf Pier for a fun and challenging run in the sand! The first race starts at 9am, registration and package pickup starts at 8:00am! Bring your ID for check-in!


Registration is $35 and includes a t-shirt, medal, and food & drink after the race. After the run, enjoy complimentary bagels, fruit, soda, water AND free beer (for those of age) from Alga. All proceeds benefit the Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge and help us fulfill our mission of rehabilitating and conserving Florida's native wildlife.


There are 2 race options:

  • 5K

  • One-mile Fun Run

Costumes are encouraged, and there will be a prize for "Best Dressed" for the one-mile fun run! For those of you going the extra mile, there will be water tables marking the turn-around point. The…

Education and Medical Facility
If you arrive to drop off an animal between 8 am - 4 pm, but when our Education Center is closed, you will need to call at the gate. We will then have someone assist you.
